• Install a debris shield on the skid steer.

• Operators & ground personnel must wear ear protection and masks.

• Operator must remain seated in the cab during use.

• Stop immediately if anyone enters the danger zone.

• Do not operate under the influence of alcohol or medication.

• Not a lifting device – never use to suspend objects.

• Avoid use in mud or water unless rated for underwater operation.

🔧 Correct Operating Methods

• Always maintain a vertical piling direction.

• Stop hammering once the post reaches desired depth (avoid over-hammering).

• Do not exceed recommended engine speed (raises oil temperature without extra force).

• In winter, warm up hydraulics 5–20 minutes before use.

• Never operate with the cylinder rod fully extended/retracted.

• Stop operation if hydraulic hoses vibrate violently.

🛠️ Maintenance

• Inspect bolts, connectors, and hoses for leaks or looseness daily.

• New or serviced drivers must be recharged with 2.5 ± 0.5 MPa nitrogen.

• Lubricate drill rod handle & cylinder guide sleeve with calcium-based grease each shift.

• For long-term storage, exhaust nitrogen and seal oil ports.
