Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup.
- The item must be in its original, factory-sealed condition.
- Customers must contact Uncle Wieners Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which authorizes the return.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Uncle Wieners Wholesale.
- Most of our items are covered by a 1-year parts warranty.
Open Units
- Returns are not accepted for opened or used units.
- Opened units are instore Credit.

Missing Parts
If you ordered your product directly from Uncle Wieners Wholesale and your item arrived with missing parts or pieces, please call or email our customer success team. We will be happy to send out the missing parts free of charge under your warranty. You can reach us at 1 (855) 4-WIENER or claims@uncleweiner.com. To ensure a speedy resolution, please include your invoice number and provide as many pictures and details as possible.
